Who we are - our vision

Eclipse IBS, s. r. o. was founded in 1997. We focus on providing professional services related to Microsoft ERP information systems, with which all our employees have many years of experience, most recently especially with D365.

We have experience with implementations in companies whose activities are very specific and usually cannot be covered 100% by the default supplied system functions. Therefore, in addition to the implementation of standard modules, we also provide customization of the system for special conditions of users.

The intention of our company is to effectively apply the long-term expertise of our team for the benefit of our customers. Our goal is to assist customers in gaining a competitive advantage in their business.

Our corporate strategy is to develop a long-term partnership between our customers and us.

What we offer...

Professional services and development works on projects in Microsoft ERP systems especially the latest D365. We have a deep knowledge of these systems (since Concorde XAL, through AXAPTA, Dynamics AX and contemporary D365) and their genesis over the years. We are a maximally flexible team and adapt our work elastically to the customer.

  • Consultants with extensive experience in international projects 

    Don't expect from us providing junior consultants just to learn on your project. All of the members of our stable team are senior professionals  from the Czech Republic with proven records of successful implementations. They have extensive overlap across different ERP modules.

  • Creative senior developers

    Our developers can cope with many challenges and pitfalls. But they are not "just" coders - they think about context during development - and often put on a consultant's hat :-) P.S. We have no off-shore development.

  • Knowledge of legislation and local environment in CEE countries

    We are particularly familiar with the environments of Central and Eastern European countries, including the Balkan countries and their specific legislative requirements, national customs and established practices. We feel at home in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania, as well as in the Czech Republic. We handle the specifics of waste legislation in the same way as, for example, television production or direct debit.

  • Deep professional knowledge of accounting

    We are familiar with the accounting principles, procedures and specifics for both Eastern and Western European countries (EU and non-EU). We are not theoreticians, our consultants have real accounting background, so they easily find common ground with users from the customer's finance department.

  • VAT

    We know and are able to apply the rules and procedures for correct VAT settings in the system, also with regard to cases of very complicated cross-border invoicing.

  • Data imports 

    Our developers are experts in data import from third party software to D365, especially from banking systems of different banks and different countries, including direct debits. We know how to bind and process this data in D365, including host-to-host solutions.
